The Collective Grenfell was designed as a contemporary shared work space for professionals who are seeking a productive work environment.
We value working with intention, productivity, and positive social connection. We have designed a work space that is both pragmatic and functional.
The Collective operates as a shared work space with desks in an open plan work space, individual offices, a boardroom and an open plan event space available to book for a day, a week, a month, or year.
The Collective Grenfell brings together professionals who live, work or are travelling through the Weddin Shire.
Working from a shared work space is a new way of working and offers an alternative environment to more traditional work locations.
The building is a converted warehouse which has been re-purposed to present a range of work spaces accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
We co-founded The Collective Grenfell in 2020. We wanted to create a space that could function as temporary or consistent workspace. Overtime, we have also met a growing need for businesses looking for unique and inspiring environments to deliver workshops and meetings.
The building was original designed as a warehouse in the main street. We have retained the bones of the building and re-purposed it to create a contemporary environment that can be used as an event and workspace. It offers the community an alternative location to conduct meetings, deliver events or break the barriers associated with working from home.
Beyond the creation of a flexible workspace, we wanted to create an opportunity for relationships to develop and creative ideas to be born from simply creating a shared work space. We recognise there is an invisible workforce of professionals in our community who are working or studying from home. We want to offer a space to be visible and connected to The Collective community.
